We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent. Every cookie, its purpose and duration are listed in our cookie policy.

4. Who receives your data

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as far as needed:

Google Ireland Limited, for website analytics and hosting
Our email and telephone providers, to answer your enquiries
Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where required
Public authorities, where we are legally obliged to do so

All service providers process data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

The map on the contact page is only loaded when you ask for it. Your browser then connects to the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receives your IP address.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers, such as Google, may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

Website analytics data is kept for 14 months. Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a contract follows. Contract and invoicing records are kept for 10 years, as required by Bulgarian accounting law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria.

8. Security

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and secure hosting within the European Union where possible.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
