Getting started
Novompo is infrastructure for businesses to model products, services, and processes—and a customer app to keep buyers engaged longer. The platform has two experiences: business and customer.
Fields, forms, records
A field describes a property (e.g., brand). A form groups fields and becomes a template. Records are created from forms and represent real items or processes (e.g., “Coffee machine maintenance” with a status step).
Payments, invoices, teams
If a form is marked payable, each record can initiate a payment. The platform can auto-generate invoices using the company’s legal data. Teams can update statuses, request payments, and communicate with customers.
